The Sales Activator® is highly effective, it works! Yet the only way for organisations to get the value from The Sales Activator® is by using it. That's why The Sales Activator® team have developed a one day workshop for Sales Managers/Sales Team Leaders to provide them with the confidence, competence and motivation to want to implement The Sales Activator® regularly.

The Trainers Guide
The Trainer's Guide provides you with a suggested outline for what to cover during the day. You'll notice that most of the morning session is designed to gain massive buy in from Sales Managers/Sales Team Leaders, to the benefits of developing and coaching their team. This ensures greater openness to The Sales Activator® and increases the probability for regular use. In addition to the notes for each session, there are suggested answers for the Participant's Handouts.
Quick Fire Quiz Question Cards
You'll notice from the Trainer's Guide, that at the end of this workshop we propose using a Quick Fire Quiz as a way of interactively summarising the key points from the day. You'll find the Question Cards towards the end of the Trainer's Guide. Prior to running your next Implementation Workshop you should print these out, laminate and cut them out. There are 16 x Quiz Question Cards in total.
The Participants Handouts
The Participant?s Handouts have been designed to help participants retain key information and provide a post-workshop reminder of what was covered. These have been produced in colour and follow the same thematic treatment as The Sales Activator® to further build brand awareness.
Posters
To ensure that participants' visual senses are stimulated upon arrival at the training room, we have produced 20 x Posters featuring a selection of extracts of client testimonials regarding The Sales Activator® and relevant coaching and development quotations. We suggest that you print these out in colour and get them enlarged to A3 size, and laminate. You maybe surprised at the impact these create as well as providing ongoing visual reinforcements about the success of The Sales Activator®.
Music
To stimulate participants' auditory senses, music can play a powerful role during any training event. We suggest that you select a piece of music to play whenever participants enter or leave the training room. This should be upbeat and evoke energy. Additionally, you may want to select a piece of Baroque Music to play during the team exercises, which stimulates the brain?s alpha-waves.
